How can I send my students their credentials/login data when I’ve forgotten to do that in the beginning?
In the menu, go to ‘My students’ and select a group or class in the Group/class dropdown. Then select the relevant students and click the button ‘Send credentials to Users’.
If a student forgot her/his credentials, can I create new ones?

My students haven’t received the assignment yet. What to do?
Please check if you’ve changed the assignment Status (in the Assignment Profile) from draft to published.
If a student has difficulties handing in a text, can I as a teacher do this for the student?
Yes this is possible. Go to the assignments list, then choose the student and click ‘Hand in’.
Can I make different assignments for a part of the class?
Yes this is possible by making separate groups (not possible for SOMtoday users).
Will plagiarism also be detected when text has been used by another student in the same or another class?
Do I send back the grade and feedback to each student one by one, or can I send it back to the whole class/group at once?
Both are possible.
Can I add more classes during the school year?
If you’re authorised go to Management, create Subject, Class, Group and upload a new class. If not, ask the Revisely administrator of your school or reach out to Team Revisely.
If my colleague would also like to have an account with Revisely, how does that work?
Your colleagues can send an email to email@example.com. We will send them credentials for a new account. If your school works with SOMtoday, the colleagues can simply click the Revisely button in the SOMtoday dashboard.
